What for? - Purposes of the processing: the purpose of the processing we are pursuing is to offer the user a virtual visit to Telefónica Tech's DOC (Digital Operations Center), physically located in Distrito Telefónica, Edificio Oeste 1, 6th floor, simulating as much as possible a face-to-face visit and guaranteeing two-way communication during the visit, also presenting demos to the user in real time, through an online room in which a Telefónica expert will present the demos and explain them to the user in real time and without recording the session, answering any queries the user may have about them. The user will be invited to join the session via a link to the online room. Depending on the availability of the Telefónica expert, the demo presentation can be individual or in limited groups of users included in the online room.
Why? - Applicable legal basis: the legal basis on which we base this purpose is the consent of the user who wishes to take the virtual tour and/or voluntarily requests the presentation of a demo through an online room, including, where appropriate, their active participation within the online room and the voluntary activation of the microphone of the device with which he/she accesses and participates in the online room.
What data? - Type of data: the data we process for this purpose are those relating to the name, surname, email, avatar and voice of the user when he/she actively participates in the online room and voluntarily activates the microphone of his/her device.
Where is it obtained from? - Source: the data we process for this purpose comes from the user concerned.
Who does it belong to? - Categories of data subjects: the data we process for this purpose refers to users who access and browse the Telefónica website and request the presentation of demos.
How long is it processed for? - Retention period: real-time visit and demo sessions will not be recorded, so personal data will be processed for the duration of the session.

What for? – Purposes of the processing: the purpose of the processing that we are pursuing is to maintain active and technically manage the website owned by Telefónica that is visited by the user and to which this Policy is applicable, to protect it against security incidents and malicious attacks that it may suffer and, in general, to maintain the user's session, and to enable free and continuous access to it by all internet users.
